OECD points to acceleration of economic activity

The composite indicators OECD anticipating inflection in the economic cycle of each country, point to an acceleration of activity in Portugal.
The Organization’s composite index for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for Portugal rose in May to 101.19 above the long term average of 100 points and more than 0.06% in April, but less than 0.05% than in the same month of 2014.
For the euro area, given the May shows an increase of one hundredth compared to April and an increase of 19 hundredths relaticamente the same month of 2014. The composite index for the euro area stood at 107.72 points in May, up the long-term average of 100 points.
For Greece, the composite index reached 101.77 points in May, above the long term average of 100 points, and 0.21 hundredths less than in April.
