The development of automatic computer system Citius and placement of human resources essential to the regular operation of procedures are two of the strategic objectives for the courts of first instance for the period 2015-2018.

The objectives for the next three years were signed Friday by President of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), Henry Gaspar, Justice Minister Paula Teixeira da Cruz, and Attorney General of the Republic, Joana Marques Vidal, giving following the new judicial map, which entered into force in September 2014 and introduced “a new paradigm in the management of counties.”

Among the strategic objectives for the performance of the courts is the development of “automation of Citius system, in close coordination with users” and promoting “information technology in the practice of procedural acts,” said a statement from the Ministry of Justice (MJ).
