Portal of Finance will have a page which contains the final amounts deductible in the tax return this year and they can not be changed manually.
Finance created a new page on the Portal of Finance, available until March 15, to which taxpayers can access to check the calculated final amount of the deductions in IRS.
“This is the provision by AT on the Portal of Finance information that was communicated to each taxpayer via the e-invoice, the financial statements and the electronic income receipts. This information will be aggregated on a gross basis for each area, “said the Ministry of Finance to the Minute News.
The portal in question, you can find information on data not included in the e-invoice, such as “user fees charged by entities that are not required to invoice issuance, invoice, receipt or bill: health insurance premiums or contributions paid to mutual associations or nonprofit institutions, tuition and other training and education spending and the costs of homes collected by entities that are not required to invoice issuance, invoice-receipt or electronic income receipts. ”
At the moment, taxpayers have until February 22 to enter the e-invoice and confirm your invoices, giving them the appropriate category. Thereafter, it will be impossible to make changes.
Therefore, and although unable to make changes manually, taxpayers will have an additional 15 days (until the end of March) to make complaints to the Tax Authority if the values do not correspond to reality, according to information provided by the Business Journal.
The president of the College of Accountants Certificates commented yet on this measure, told Lusa news agency, saying the new page “is positive” and will help taxpayers to use the “system efficiently.”
