The purpose of this Conduct Code is to establish the ethical principles and standards of conduct that should guide the internal and external relations of all our employees, regardless of their responsibilities as well as inform and protect the entities that request our services.

PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
All our employees are bound by professional confidentiality of all information and documents which they had access in the course of their work.
Our national database is duly licensed by CNPD- Commission for Data Protection, and the related activity with its management, maintenance and access, governed by the applicable law and the terms of such license, under the supervision of the National CNPD-Commission Data Protection.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS
Our employees have a duty to respect and mutual cooperation and should develop their professional activities in accordance with our fundamental principles set out in paragraph 2 of this code of conduct.
EXTERNAL RELATIONS
We guarantee absolute confidentiality for any information provided by our customers, and the use of this is for the sole purpose to meet the requested service, ie the recovery of credit.
RELATIONS WITH DEBTORS
will only be claimed from the debtors the contract values and legally in default. Our conduct among the debtors will always be ethical and responsible, respecting the most of your integrity and your private life without threatening them or ridicule them, clearly identifying ourselves and respecting the description in contact with them.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
All our means of marketing and advertising will be designed and produced according to our fundamental principles set out in paragraph 2 of this code.
