Euribor rates fell to new record lows today at six, nine and 12 months and up to three months on Monday.
The Euribor six months, the most used in Portugal in mortgage loans, today was fixed at 0.036%, 0.001 points less than on Monday and a new minimum ever.
The Euribor three months in negative territory since 21 April, was set at -0.036%, more than 0,002 points on Monday, when it was established in -0.038%, current minimum ever first registered to 11 of September.
The nine-month Euribor was fixed at 0.086%, down 0.002 points and a new minimum ever.
Within twelve months, the Euribor was fixed at 0.155%, new record low and less than 0,002 points on Monday.
The Euribor is fixed by the average of the rates at which a group of 57 eurozone banks are willing to lend money to each other in the interbank market.
