The black list of debtors – that is, targeted people in debt processes that ended without any payment – has been growing from year to year. In 2009, when it was established, had 68 records, a total debt of 770 thousand euros. This month, according to data provided to JN by the Ministry of Justice, the Public List of executions (SBA) has recorded 126,361 individuals or target execution companies. The bad debts are around currently the EUR 2.3 billion.
